    TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Faith doesn't mean you never have questions.

Faith means you are willing to move forward when God has made the direction clear.

Gideon was not the strongest man. He wasn't fearless. He questioned what God was asking him to do.

But he was willing to trust God and obey.

God didn't give Gideon the whole plan at once. He gave him the next step.

    And Gideon took it.

That's a lesson I believe we can all understand.

Sometimes the challenge in front of us looks too big. Sometimes the odds don't seem to be in our favour. Sometimes we don't have all the answers.

But that doesn't mean we stand still.

    Take the next step.
    Do what is right.
    Trust God.
And leave the outcome in His hands.

You don't have to be the strongest person.

You don't have to have all the answers.

    You have to be willing.

Gideon had 300 men against an army that seemed impossible to defeat. Yet God showed that victory does not always depend on numbers, power or human strength.

It depends on who you trust.

That is why I believe leadership is not about simply talking about problems.

It's about being willing to step forward and do the work.

    Build something.

    Fix something.

    Stand for something.
